Resampled: Jack Harlow “Lovin On Me” / Cadillac Dave “Whatever”

Sampling is an art and was the foundation of Hip-Hop for years. I grew up on 90s hip hop which sampled a lot of older funk, jazz, and soul records. While sampling hasn’t been done as much recently, it was cool to hear a 2020s song go back and sample a lesser known 90s R&B record, in a similar manner to how those 90s Hip-Hop records were made.
